The Elite range of battery chargers, like all of the industrial chargers have a rugged steel powered coated case. These are micro processed 3 stage chargers, allowing the charger to be left permanently connected without harming the battery. These units can also be set for float/standby charging only. The low voltage starts and 3 charging stages, including proportional timing, makes these units great at recovering batteries which have been misused or neglected during use. The chargers can be left connected to the battery even when the mains is turned off without fear of flattening the battery as there is no parasitic load.
The Elite charger range is suitable for charging SLA/Gel/Wet/AGM batteries, making them ideal for cyclic and industrial type applications.
